in 2021, i led the art direction and visual design for a web campaign on behalf of apple’s annual, autumnal back-to-school campaign on their online store. the promotion was simple: for every featured mac product purchased, a pair of airpods would be included — free of charge. 

a small team of six visual designers and myself, our challenge was to convey this sentiment with a vibrant and youthful energy across the campaign — all without deviating from the apple brand too heavily. 

our solution was to channel this through a bright color blocking system, clever copywriting, and narrative illustrations. together, they weaved a seamless tapestry that both informed and delighted visitors.
