bishop ranch is a connected series of spaces in san ramon, ca that combines living, working, and recreation. between 2022–23, i provided art direction, design, and strategy for a refresh of their brand identity.

the pandemic catalyzed many people in the bay area to seek a radical change to their lifestyle and environment. criteria such as access to the outdoors, proximity to their communities, and less time spent commuting were no longer ancillary perks but essential needs.

as a singular and desirable location offering a diverse array of services and spaces, bishop ranch provides a solution to those very needs. at its core, bishop ranch represents a community where ease and ambition meet — for professionals, for families, for outdoor enthusiasts, and everything in between and beyond. 

the identity and strategy my team and i developed for them encapsulated this through a refreshed color palette, editorial photography, concise messaging, and an easily accessible and flexible identity system. all of this was codified across a brand new website we built for them.
