for every new agent at compass, my team and i created a bespoke visual identity suite during their onboarding process. initially, this was merely creating a basic logo, but in 2018, i spearheaded a revised branding process that incorporated a more strategic and pragmatic approach.
this new system now employed not only a visual identity, but a verbal and written identity as well. these were directly informed by a comprehensive survey conducted with each agent at the project’s inception, ensuring their personality and needs were imbued holistically.
this resulted in agents fully empowered and outfitted with the aesthetic tools necessary to convey their personal brand effectively and consistently.
